Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment from Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express payment gateway.
The money for the goods is charged at the time of dispatch and not at time of order. If there are any errors please contact us and any corrections can be made by us. If, for any reason, goods are unavaliable and there is no alternative item you would like you are entitled to cancel your order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. | Shipping And Handling Shipping is set at a flat fee per item of $12 for the purpose of our processing software. We calculate the shipping charge at the time of dispatch. This is because we cannot calculate this until we know what items are being ordered. If shipping exceeds $12 we will contact the customer for their consent.If multiple items are sent shipping will be calculated accordingly. In particualr goalkeeping equipment although light is bulky in its dimensions and attracts higher shipping charges. |
| Delivery Schedule We ship your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 7-10 business days subject to stock levels. If we experience a delay in delivery of items we will keep you informed as to the situation. If we cannot supply within this period you are entitled to cancel your order or we will give you an idea of wait time for your order. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges Within California tax is calculated at the 8.5% California Sales Tax with an additional; 0.25% Chula Vista District tax. |

It is an extra click of the mouse to get there but we reckon it's worth it for the customer. You can either use Paypal and we don't get or see any of your credit card details.
Alternatively you can use our standard credit card payment system. Our store does not display the golden padlock symbol but this is because we use a different security encryption software. | Returns Policy We will of course accept return of faulty goods. Good which are not faulty can be returned within 14 days of delivery if you arrange shipping and the items are still unused.
